I Heart Pancakes!

I have been loving these heart shaped cookie cutters! This morning they came in handy for our pancakes. I found several fun ways to use them.

Punch out & serve up…..

Use the pancakes with the heart shape hole by stacking them up …..


& fill up with syrup .
And last… stack 2 full pancakes and top with a pancake with heart shape punched out.


 Fill with powder sugar!!

    Thanks for the comment today! I made that sandwich at 6 am without benefit of a cookie cutter.

    Last year - and a very awesome idea - we made the girls personalized heart shaped pizzas. I blogged about it - and it was such a hit. Again without a cutter.

    Y'know Trish - I think I need to invest in one of those. giggle

    great pancakes! we used to have a heart-shaped pancake mold. fill it up and once it sets a bit, remove it. only problem was not being able to fix more than one at a time.

    love the powdered sugar ones.

    THAT is brilliant. I have wanted to do something like that but never knew how to use the left over cut off part. I dislike wasting food, but I NEVER thought of doing that! I love it! Thanks for the tip. Happy Valentine's Day, friend!
