These vintage aprons were marked a whole 60 CENTS each!!! But wait …..they were also marked ½ off !!! So I spent a whopping 30 CENTS on each of these!! That’s just crazy : )
I just love vintage aprons. I imagine someone sitting down & putting their heart into sewing them. Then wearing them while baking up some delicious goodies or cooking a scrumptious dinner for the family.
I don’t know if it will rub off on me, but we can only hope!! : )

love em! those are some really great finds. our local "goodwill" has either over-priced junk (truly junk) or extremely over-priced junk.
I love the red and white one. I haven't frequented our GoodWill in some time. Inspires me to see what I may find.
30 cents!!! whoa!!! I think i need to go shopping with you!!!
Thanks
Leontien
So cute! They look like the aprons that you can buy at Anthro for 10x as much.
I want to go thrift shopping with you. I've completely given up on the stores here because I've yet to find anything worthwhile! Sigh.
I need one of those to go with my prom dress. ;)
:) Laughing at you and Nancy's comment above!
Now I'm laughing at Nancy too! I mean WITH Nancy :)
Those are neat! New follower, hope you will follow back!

Again what a great find, I like them both although I think my favourite has got to be the red one. A few days ago I made for me in that sort of shape.
I love aprons, too! And these are darling. I love the nostalgia of the red half-apron. When travelling through western Illinois last fall, I bought a patchwork apron made out of flour sacking. It was 12 dollars, but I thought that was a good price for a new, hand-quilted apron! It is so sweet and I wear it all the time. I also received a hand-sewn apron from Judy in one of her giveaways... and it is also a half-apron, perfect for so many things! I love it - you can tuck the ends under a tidy little flap that goes around your waist. A-n-y-w-a-y...this is probably too long of a comment so off I go! :D
where do you find things like this?
I adore half aprons like that one. They make me think of my grandma making donuts on Saturday mornings. Alas, I'm FAR too messy a cook and baker to wear one.
PS I'm really loving the cowls you have in your shop!
Paula- I'd love to see the one you made!!
Allison- Those aprons sound so cute :) The problem with aprons you love... hate to get them dirty!!
Whity Wife- I found these at Salvation Army. They have some awesome deals there sometimes :)
Kate-Thank you :) I need to make some more. But with the weather warming, I have a hard time wanting to crochet!!
Lucky you! Those are soo cute! I wish we had a Salvation Army near by :-(
I could use a new 30 cent apron. These are so adorable! Janae
They are gorgeous and for only 30 cents. That is just amazing! I love vintage aprons. I have one that I really do use for baking messy stuff. It makes me feel very susy homemakerish. I love it ;D
This is so cute!
